About the author:   Josh Emett is a chef from New Zealand. He is the co-founder of Rata restaurant in Queenstown and restaurant chain Go-To Collection. Emett worked for Gordon Ramsay for over 10 years, and has been a judge on MasterChef New Zealand.

  • Nigel Slater, Nancy Silverton, Alice Waters, Greg & Lucy Malouf, Pierre Hermé and Dominique Ansel are just a few of the 150 chefs who contributed to this stunning collection.
  • The Recipe will be at home right next to Julia Child's French tomes and Marcella Hazan's Italian encyclopedias as another valuable reference in our kitchens.  
  • I've only had a chance to make one recipe - Ruth Reichl's very rich pancakes and they were divine. I've cleared off space on my kitchen bookshelf for this book to reside as it has every dish I could dream of making.
