Cati, it's been a struggle to find the books but we're so glad to finally see them being indexed, too! By the way, our indexer has told us that the edition of The Gretta Anna Recipes she's indexing -- the 1978 edition with ISBN 9780908435005 -- has no page numbers, so unfortunately those will be missing from the EYB index, but if the later editions have page numbers and are the same length and layout, maybe another member will be able to supply the pagination.
