FYI -I believe "vegetable" is misspelled in:


Shredded beef and vagetable salad (Salpicón de carne) from Mexican Today: New and Rediscovered Recipes for Contemporary Kitchens (page 60) by Pati Jini


Also, got a Cloudflare error when attempting to send a message.
