Mark has spruced up his blog, markbittman.com and relaunched it today. He's calling it a "slog," a combination of "salon" and "blog." He'll have lots of other writers on there too, like Barry Estabrook, who won a Beard Award last night, for Magazine feature writing without recipes. There is a huge list of other great writers - check it out as there should be intelligent and lively debate.
