I would also add that you can still browse additional member notes now, even though there is no separate archive. There are two different ways you could do this --
First, if you see a member note on the homepage and might be curious what other recipes that member has tried, you could click on their username, then click on the Notes tab and browse through all the notes that person has written. I'll link to my own list of notes as an example:

Second, you can view all the notes for a particular book/blog/magazine at once time by clicking on the one you want to browse, then clicking on the Notes tab. There you will find all notes written about the book itself first, followed by all the notes about individual recipes. I'll link to the popular cookbook Plenty by Yotam Ottolenghi as an example:
