I'm hoping someone recognizes this recipe from one of my cookbooks! So far, I've had no luck searching my library on EYB. I made this vegetarian recipe many times in the late 90's to early 2000's. I was sure that it was from Savory Kitchen by Deborah Madison but it's not. It was a simple sauce. I think you crushed 12 gloves of garlic, sautéed them in olive oil or maybe butter (1/4 cup?), and then added tomatoes (pureed? whole then crushed?), maybe basil, then tossed with pasta (not sure what kind and maybe that's the problem with my search). I'm not sure why I very much want to revisit this recipe. Clearly, I almost remember it. I'd just like to find the book that it came from. Thanks!
