How can I pull the highest rated soup recipes with most votes cast?

There is a sort by ratings. But it isn't possible to do a combination of highest rated and most votes cast - it has to be one or the other. But Buzz is the closest sort to what you want as that is the number of engagements in ratings and Notes.
