Hi folks, I really like Kate Quinn Davies' books and blog, but for a number of the recipes they're linked to blog posts where the recipe is an image, which I personally can barely read (eg. the one below). I don't know about anyone else. Some recipes are available in print friendly versions, which are much easier to read, but a lot aren't.
Does anyone have any tips for how I can make them legible? I've tried making the images larger but the resolution isn't really good enough, so the detail doesn't come up for measurements/volumes of ingredients clearly.

I agree - the KQ blog site recipe links are not useful!
Thanks for pointing this out j_h! These definitely used to be legible back when the indexer indexed this blog, but you are completely right that they are now illegible. If I remember correctly, the images used to be able to be enlarged, but at some point the What Katie Ate site underwent a redesign, so I think that ability got lost in the transition. I will take a look at this blog and try to see how many recipes are affected and how many can be switched to a print-friendly version.
Thanks Christine.
I've gone through the entire What Katie Ate blog and have cleaned it up as best I can. I've relinked as many of the illegible recipes as possible that were elsewhere on the site in a readable format. I've also indexed 56 recipes that were missing from the EYB index (sorry about that!) and you can peruse the most recently added here if you would like. That still leaves us with 3 recipes that have gone missing altogether and 44 that are still illegible out of a total of 342.
Jane is going to reach out to Katie to see if it is possible to get those remaining illegible recipes fixed before we consider deleting them from EYB. Though if any member would like to contact her by email or commenting on one of the affected blog posts, it probably couldn't hurt -- especially if there is a recipe in particular you'd really like to try.
