At Chowhound, there has been some recent discussion regarding Gjelina and how there are a number of recipes that call for garlic confit. Many of us are EYB members as well, and thought it would be great if we could search for these subrecipes (recipe within a recipe) in EYB. Perhaps adding another section like an accompaniment where the relationship is reciprocal and searchable? I recall being challenged with similar issues when cooking through 660 Curries where there are a number of spice blends that are used in other recipes. Washoku is another book where it would be nice to search bannō-jōyu to see what other recipes use it. Thank you.
