Hi all, I am a keen chef and have discovered the most amazing new cook book to add to my already very large collection. Shipton Mill is a mill that produces all kinds of flours in the UK and have just released a book called A Handful of Flour. I have many baking books but this one is a bit special. Some great recipes in all categories. I purchased on Amazon. I also had my flour delivery from them as well, quality products and not too expensive. Definitely worth purchasing though, this will sit alongside my Ottelenghi, Diana Henry and Polpo cookbooks. Enjoy. Jamie
