While looking through the indexed recipes for “One Knife, One Pot,One Dish” to decide whether to purchase the book, I noticed that in the ingredients for Pot-au-Feu that “new ingredient” is actually listed as an ingredient?

When indexers note a new ingredient needs to be added, they enter "new ingredient" as the ingredient so that Deborah, our Data Manager can easily filter which recipes need new ingredients added. The issue with the two recipes on this book that need new ingredients is that the indexer did not note what they are. If any member who owns the book reads this, please let us know which missing ingredients should be added for these two recipes,

Jane, I will let you know when my book arrives, might take a week.

I can help with this one, as I own the book. I'll email Deborah with the names of the missing ingredients. I love this book, some of the ingredients are a bit quirky but there are some great recipes, particularly the chicken ones. Some of the oven temperatures and timings are a bit suspect so just use your common sense if they don't seem right, they may have got a bit muddled in the translation from French.  Enjoy it when it arrives, Cati!

Cati, both of the recipes Jane found in One Knife, One Pot, One Dish that had 'new ingredient' in the Ingredients list are now fixed. In both cases, the requested new ingredient had been created and listed during EYB's review phase, but the reviewer missed deleting the 'new ingredient' placeholder. FYI, we've been working on a retrospective cleanup of all the instances of 'new ingredient', many of which are holdovers from EYB's early days, but as you can imagine, with over 1.6 million recipes indexed, it's taking some time!

And thanks for your help, saladdays!
