Go to "My Bookshelf" and in drop-down menu click "Import books" and type in 13 digit ISBN number. Click "Add Books"
EYB should then add the book to their database within a couple of days.
It's really flying under the radar as it has zero reviews on Amazon and it not actually sold by Amazon. It's only available from a third party vendor.
Looking a bit closer it appears it's only available in the UK market and the Amazon.com seller is actually importing it.
Shame really as this book really is superb.... will definitely be in my top 10 cookbook purchases for 2018.
Quite a few British Cookbooks either have to be bought from importers or Book Depository to get them in the US. Sometimes there is just a delay in the US release date.
