Nutritional information.

Famously, cookbooks don't include calories or other nutritional info. I'd like to search for "Cakes with less than 300 calories" per serving.

We do have filters in the right column, listed under Nutrition - low-calorie, low-carb, low-fat, etc. Our indexers only add the tag if the book is on that subject or the author specifically notes that nutritional detail.

However if you are expecting more in-depth nutitional information, I'm afraid that would be far too complicated an undertaking for us to take on. Since most of the books we index do not list nutritional information, that would mean us creating a nutritional record for each ingredient, then having to calculate the calories, multiplying that by the ingredient quantities, and divide by the number of servings. Not something we can apply our limited resources to with 1.8 million recipes already indexed.

I would dearly love the ability to add books to a 'wish list' to remind me of cookbooks that I would like to purchase in the future.
