We do have filters in the right column, listed under Nutrition - low-calorie, low-carb, low-fat, etc. Our indexers only add the tag if the book is on that subject or the author specifically notes that nutritional detail.
However if you are expecting more in-depth nutitional information, I'm afraid that would be far too complicated an undertaking for us to take on. Since most of the books we index do not list nutritional information, that would mean us creating a nutritional record for each ingredient, then having to calculate the calories, multiplying that by the ingredient quantities, and divide by the number of servings. Not something we can apply our limited resources to with 1.8 million recipes already indexed.
You can also add your own Bookmarks to help you track this type of thing.
