I found these at a local grocery store yesterday and am searching recipes for inspiration. I was wondering if I could use any recipe that calls for regular plums and substitute with these Italian prune plums.

Thank you. I've seen that, and it is good information. Does anyone know if this substitutes for regular plums ok, or if I'd need to adjust the recipe for liquid, sugar, etc.
