Many months, the cookbook featured on the Great British Chefs Cookbook Club is indexed in EYB often in time for release. But sometime, GBCCC runs ahead of EYB. I would appreciate it if EYB kept an eye on GBCCC in setting their priorities. Recent selections for those you are unfamiliar with the bent of the group:

mjes - we do constantly check UK publisher websites for upcoming releases (and also in Canada, Australia and New Zealand). EYB is an international site. However some publishers in the UK are not great about supplying advance copies for indexing. We keep pushing! You would think after 10 years they would get how much EYB helps cookbook buyers use their books better (and buy more books) so it can be very frustrating that it's not automatic for them to send us the PDF for indexing.

Jane, you do often have the GBCCC books indexed before they are using it as their monthly book. I appreciate that very much. But it is a case where I felt "they are close, it's worth asking for the rest". But I do think the professional indexing is very well distributed.
