It is always exciting to get an e-mail that one of my books is indexed now. So it is a bit disappointing if it is the third message that the Zuni Café cookbook is indexed. I suppose you have been editing it, but we shouldn't get these messages more than once per book.

Apologies, there was a mix-up with The Zuni Cafe Cookbook. It had been assigned to a member for Proofreading and adding page numbers. It should not then have been approved as a newly indexed book as it was not a new index but unfortunately it was done twice (I did one of them!). Our developers are introducing safeguards to stop that happening again.
