Is there a way I can mark (with a star for example) or highlight a specific post, such as today's (August 22, 2021) Darcie's Food News Antipasto, so I can refer back to it easily at a later date (even a year later?)

Thank you for the suggestions. I was looking for something within EYB but this definitely works for me.

You can use your own browser's bookmarks. Open a folder called EYB Blog and then bookmark any posts that you know you might want to come back to.

You can also search the blog using the Search at top right. Just enter any word you remember from the article (the less common the better to avoid a large number of results).

Finally, all Darcie's antipasto posts have a #foodnews tag so you can bookmark that if you want to look through them all.
