Hello, I recently purchased a Smeg Combi Steam Oven and am struggling to find recipes online to cook. Does anyone else have a steam oven and have recipes to share? I've seen the Smeg recipes available. I'd love to know how to do cupcakes in it as I've heard they are supposed to be lovely and light. Mine turned into dense tea cakes instead. Or any other recipes would be great. Thanks. LJ 

Miele have a web site of recipes that you can search by type of equipment - a few pages of recipe for their steam oven, which I guess is similar to smeg..

I've been researching getting one .. I love my micro combi overn from Miele, (save for theimpossibility of cleaning it) and was thinking of buying theirs.. so I'd be interested in how you find your version !
