Until we can get the two ingredients untangled without adversely affecting recipes already indexed with either one or the other, just select whichever ingredient you need to index from the drop-down -- either stand-alone 'collard greens' or the 'collard greens [kale]' variation if you want 'kale' -- and that's what will appear in the indexed recipe's list of ingredients and will stay associated with the recipe once we separate them in the Ingredients database.
