I bought Beranbaum´s new book, I am eager to try the Amish BlueRhu pie. I bought at the same time David Lebovitz "Room for dessert" and Flo Braker´s "The simple art of perfect baking".
There is a third book that raised my interest but I wonder if anybody here can give me a glimpse of example recipes that it has, it is Maida Heatter´s "Book of great desserts"
