Today I got my replacement copy of Sweet from the publishers.
It was touching to find that my new book had been signed by the authors, and that also a lovely olive-wood spoon was included in the package.
Just wanted to let people know that the new edition is out.

I’m wondering what they’re going to do for those of us who bought the ebook ...my email to the publisher didn’t get any response, but if they’re shipping replacement books maybe there will be a new download soon. Nice that you got a signed copy!

@FJT I hope you will be able to get a replacement ebook. Seeing your reply, I sent an email back to ten speed press to thank them for the book replacement and I also asked them about ebook replacements. I will post here if I get a response to that question.

@FJT Mandy at ten speed press got back to me. She said that the ebook has now been updated and new file will automatically update when you refresh. I hope that helps and you are able to update your ebook.

I received my new copy of “Sweet” today, signed by the authors and with the lovely olive wood spoon too. This was amazing service and dedication to making things right with all their US readers. Kudos to Ten Speed Press for going the extra mile on this.

I’d love to know if anyone has been able to download an updated version of the Sweet ebook?

I’ve been in touch with Ten Speed Press by email and they assure me that the update is available and I should be able to refresh the file and it will automatically download to my kindle.

I had a look and there was no updated version on Amazon (looking at the Manage Contents and Devices page which is where I normally see updates), but I decided to try deleting the book from my iPad and downloading it again from Amazon. When I compared recipes in this ‘new’ version of the book to the list of corrections that was published it was clear that I had just downloaded the original, uncorrected book. So I contacted Ten Speed Press again and they said that there had been a problem with Apple (??? I think they meant Amazon!) and it should now be fixed ... so I did the same thing again with exactly the same results!!

It is entirely possible that I’m being very dense and haven’t done whatever it is I’m supposed to do to get the updated version of this ebook!! Thought I’d ask here whether anyone has successfully downloaded an update to this book before I go back to the publisher yet again.
