I don't have it but I did look through it at the recent book fair in New York. It is stunning - very detailed, educational with gorgeous photography. I can't imagine I would cook from it personally since I just don't have that sort of free time but it would be a fascinating read. If you are someone who happily can spend an entire day cooking a meal (that used to me, pre-EYB!) then it could be worth it.
