For example, PCC classes in the Puget Sound in the Fall will include:



  • Kausar Ahmed of "The Karachi Kitchen"

  • Hsiao-Ching Chou of "Chinese Soul Food"

We are always happy to add classes by cookbook authors into the Calendar. We would especially welcome contributions from outside the USA. Members can email us the link or post it here. The PCC classes are now listed in the Calendar.
