I've subscribed to lots of food magazines over the years and let them all lapse, but the one I really lust after is Art of Eating.
Let's face it, if we're on EYB we probably have plenty of recipes already. Art of Eating puts all that cooking and feeding people in a broader context and makes what we do at home, in restaurants, in the garden, at the markets, etc, part of a way of understanding life and humanity. It really is more than a plate of food!
