He started youtube cooking and so far has uploaded about 8 cooking videos. The chef is 90 years old, but his sense of cooking and taste is still ultra sharp.  His youtube is in Japanese but he did upload one Japanese kara age fried chicken with incredible sauce in English.  I would not mind if I translate from Japanese into English for the chef.  I have eaten at his two restaurants in Ginza district of  Tokyo and I was totally wowed by his chef sampling.  He loves cheese and incorporates Parmesan with miso or cream cheese marinated in miso etc which I just love. It's been two or three months since my previous trip there.

Now I'm taking the spam-bots very personally!! They are resending one of my posts on an unrelated topic and adding a @#$% spam link to it! I know it's not EYB's fault. I'm just frustrated.

Fyretigger - I check the Forum multiple times a day to remove spam posts so the one you refer to was deleted yesterday. It's better not to quote the spam posts as you are then reproducing the spam link (I've removed it).  But yes, those spammers are getting ever more cunning! I have asked our developers if there is anything we can do to stop them or at least make it more difficult.

Not sure how much time this takes, but how about new members without any 3 books added having to be approved by EYB first before their posts are added.
