Mine are mostly in Japanese.  


My fav is Chef Seki.  He cooks from his restaurants in Tokyo.  I learn so much from him.

I like Chinese Cooking Demystified. They live in Shenzhen in southern China, and post recipes that are authentic but also take western ingredients into account. Great channel.

Thank you all for these great suggestions! I've been watching "Bake it up a Notch" with Erin Jeanne McDowell on Food52. Although several recipes in her Fearless Baker book have the wrong weights for certain ingredients, her shows are fun to watch and informative.

I love Erin Jeanne McDowell, but if you want accurate measurements and proceedings I would watch in youtube and read the blog of "Joy of Baking" by Stephanie Jaworski.
