The book did not import because it wasn't listed on Amazon.com, where our book data imports from. I have now added it manually to the Library. The book is self-published so I had to track down book information from multiple locations. Could you please confirm the number of pages?
Last marked page number is 272.
Just noticed also that it's self-published..... strange really as I would have thought that its just something that a publisher would jump at.
Thanks! I also was surprised that no publisher picked it up - unless Sally preferred to self-publish? I have fond memories of her restaurant. I used to work around the corner from it and it was one of my favorite places for special lunches - I had lunch there with my mum and sisters the day before my wedding.
