Hello
Of course I know Marcella Hazan's reputation, but I don't actually have any of her books. Has anyone had a chance to look at the just released 30th anniversary edition of Essentials of Classic Italian Cooking? I don't know whether there are changes that are more than cosmetic. I'm wondering if it an improvement or I would be better off getting an earlier edition?

I have her older edition. I would assume the new one is the same as the old one. Saw it at BJ's for $27.00. I will look around and see if there are reviews on Amazon.

Hello, the 30th anniversary edition is a reprint of the original (and we have linked that edition to the master). There are no additional recipes.
