I love the croquette idea ! I would try that :) Yeah I reckon rice would work well too. I suppose also they go well in any soup, indeed.
Re-freezing @Fyretigger, I wouldn't suppose it freezes well, doesn't it go all lumpy when it thaws? Or do you have some tips maybe?
