I see some other folks have made and liked this recipe. It calls for peanut butter, but I have a peanut allergy conflict. Can this be made without the peanut butter? Do I need to compensate with something else? Any ideas? Also, how portable is this one?
Are there other nut or seed butters you can have? If so, I'd substite your favorite: almond, sunflower seed, soy nut, etc...
