All other programs and apps on both machines working as expected.


Internet connection is laser-fast. Router working normally.


It took me 5 minutes to open this topic. So please help!!!

We are having technical issues - sorry about that. Not sure how long it will take to fix.

That explains why I couldn't get in at all yesterday. Today I did get in but it's very slow. Hope it’s resolved soon!

We are really sorry about the slowness on the site. Our developers are working on it and we hope the issues will get resolved over the weekend.

I am able to access EYB today (6/17) and it's very fast on my iPad. Many thanks to those who fixed the issues!
