This morning I am unable to click on a book to look at the recipes. A click highlights the text but it won’t open. This happened with a bunch of books. One book I managed to look at, I searched it for online recipes and added one to my bookshelf and then tried to bookmark the recipe but the bookmark icon wasn’t clickable. Tried multiple times going out and back in to the recipe.
I have removed the accessibility widget.
Lately I have been getting a lot of similar glitches. I’m in ios safari.

Update to that issue I tried signing out and back in and that made no difference. I can’t click any book title now, but I can click and hold and open it in a new tab. But when I do that I still can’t bookmark.

I tested it and the same is happening for me (iphone, ios, safari).

(It works fine on apple laptop on safari.)

Same here on Android (Galaxy phone, everything up to date), and this started a few days ago. Works fine on iPad and Windows desktop.

Precisely what happens is: if I select a book on my bookshelf without filtering, the book doesn't open. If I filter my books as indexed, then the book page opens, but no recipes are listed, blank space.

If I search for a recipe directly at recipes level, then I can access the recipe from the same book which would not open with book search. I hope this is clear!

Apologies, it seems the bookmarks update yesterday may have caused some unforeseen issues on some phones. Our developers are working to resolve them ASAP.

I believe all those issues are now resolved. If you are still having an issue, close EYB, then clear your browser history from Settings. Then re-open EYB and see if it has gone away. If you still have the same problem, please email us or post here what device you are using and what version of the software you have installed e.g. iOS 17.3.1,
