Apologies if this has already been asked, or if this function already exists, but I'd like to be able to log when I've made a recipe multiple times. Currently it only lets me note the first time I cooked something. I'd also like to be able to add a note each time in case I change something or cook it differently.

You can add a personal note for the recipe, noting when you made it and any changes. To make a note personal, check/tick the box under the text box.
