I have a soda bread recipe that calls for 3 cups of flour and 1and 3/4 cups buttermilk. How much more flour should I add to use up 2 cups of buttermilk. Thanks, Patti K

1/2 cup minus 1 tablespoon is awfully close.

My guess would be:

3 / 1.75 = 1.71

1.71 * 2 = 3.43

Use grams; it's much easier than cups.
