      Delicious but too sweet which could have been because i used my home made cocktail sour cherries - maybe use much less cherry shrub.

      I made this for Christmas lunch and got thumbs up from the family. It was easy to cook, the meat was tender and flavourful. The reduced pan juices made a great "gravy". Only downside was that I didn't get a sticky glaze as the photo suggests. I'd still make it again

      I'm happy I made this chilled green pea soup recipe for company. The potato and leeks gave the soup some extra depth, but the mint pistou with the garlic and parmesan elevated the soup from competent to extraordinary.
