Pan Fried Tofu, Dark, Sweet Soy Sauce This makes an excellent introduction to eating tofu ... meat eaters to vegans, finicky kids and foodie adults have all delivered compliments.

Chicken skewers, Honey & Tumeric - easy, tasty and a success w/ family of "not-too-spicy-please" - I kept the marinating time to under an hour, just in case, but plan to trial marinating for 24 hours next time.
