Notes about Recipes in this book

  • Steamed chicken breasts with scallion-ginger sauce

    • wester on September 13, 2021

Identical to the recipe in The Minimalist Cooks Dinner.

  • Pork cutlets with miso-red wine sauce

    • wester on November 19, 2021

This sounded weird but intriguing, and it was simple and excellent. The sauce was a kind of gravy, with just right consistency and great full flavor. Will definitely make again. I used cubed pork and stir fried, and I didn't even take the pork out of the pan to make the sauce.

Made it with steak this time, and added some tomato paste. Excellent again.
