      This recipe seemed pretty bland, but the following additions were a big improvement. - 1/2 shallot, sliced - 1/2 c scallions, cut about 1" diagonal - 1/2 c celery, sliced thick - Just before serving, add a sauce made with 1/4 c. chicken broth, 1 Tbl soy sauce, 1/2 - 1 tsp brown sugar
