      It's a good recipe for a really traditional Anzac biscuit - they spread a lot, but are easy to separate and nudge back into shape with a palette knife while they are cooling.

      It's a classic, although I haven't made it since I moved to the UK, and I don't know what you'd substitute for Copha.
