      It's a good recipe for a really traditional Anzac biscuit - they spread a lot, but are easy to separate and nudge back into shape with a palette knife while they are cooling.

      Arrowroot gives a shortbread feel to the texture. Honey flavour doesn't come through; adding vanilla might balance the taste. Perhaps flatten the biscuits more before baking. Oven was too fast for this batch - try 190C next time.

  • Cream cheese biscuits

      Easy. Used a pinch of paprika.

  • Coconut cheese balls

      Coconut Cheese Balls (Page 25). Used 20ml (1Tbls) metric measure to scoop out mixture before making balls - result = 12. Used 10ml (1/2 Tbls) measure makes 25. Hold ball shape when cooking, do drop coconut crumbs. Great all in one bite size.
