  • Caramelised banana split with coconut crumble

      Fabulous and very easy. Carmel sauce was delicious and the combination with the banana - my blow torch had just enough lighter fuel left to brown the top of the bananas (phew) - crumble and coconut ice-cream was great.

  • Soy and maramalade glazed pork

      Used a sweet marmalade, but probably should have used one of the more bitter marmalades. Added some lemon juice and some chilli. Would also try this next time with light soy sauce instead of standard soy sauce.
