      6 Smart Points w/ low-fat cheese, cut sugar to 2 T to make it 5 SP

      I don't like sweet cornbread, so I cut the sugar down to 1 T. Next time, I would leave out all the sugar and just use regular corn, not creamed. I would also keave out the bacon.I dont tjink it contributed anything.Very moist!

      This was very tasty and a hearty portion of food. The broth was a bit thinner than I expected for a stew, but I suppose that has to do with the fact that this is a healthier recipe with less thickener than most stews. I'll definitely be making this one again.

      J & I were looking for a recipe that would be perfect for a cold, snowy day, but easy enough to make after a long day of work and snow shoveling. This was the perfect fit. It was easy to make, absolutely delicious, and completely filling. The only change I made is to use more biscuits as topping, but that is because the only 3qt. dish I own is my 9x13 Pyrex and not a smaller round dish like I think they were expecting.
