Notes about Recipes in this book

  • Sausage, mustard mash, and onion gravy

This was delicious! I didn't have Dijon mustard, so used Wholegrain - just as tasty. Also substituted Red Current Jelly for Cranberry Sauce. It is a slower cook than most sausage and mash recipes but it was worth the effort. The gravy seemed thin to begin with but soon thickened up.
