      Loved it! I think this will become my standard Banana Bread Recipe - it is so perfectly sweet and moist. My husband didn’t like the flavor of cloves, but I’m a baking spice gal and appreciated the extra dimension the cloves and poppyseeds added. I had a big problem with the bananas on top though - I used bananas I had frozen and both slices sank all the way to the bottom. I think this is because freezing causes the bananas to leech a lot of water, making them more dense? Haha! So next time would still be happy to use frozen bananas in the batter, but only a buoyant, fresh banana on top.

      Loved the flavor and texture of these simple, delicious muffins. Be forewarned, however - the recipe says this makes 12 muffins. More like 28! It's a big batch. My office mates didn't mind, however, as it meant I had plenty to share.

      They actually look like graham crackers! And taste like them! A tad overcooked I think, but delicious – with a cinnamon sugar coating on top.

      Despite being delicious, they were a bit complicated to make. The dough, as seen above, is very soft and must not only be refrigerated for hours, but then also rolled out with copious amounts of flour

      As Nancy Silverton promises, they are seriously addictive. They also offer a nice change of texture from the usual cookie tray offerings. They are bright and fruity with a nice satisfying crunch.
