Notes about Recipes in this book

  • Red pepper and goats' cheese muffins

    • scoffer on October 16, 2015

Easy to make with very young children - made today with my 2 year old son

  • Mary's wobbly apricot tart

    • kateastoria on February 26, 2015

way too sweet, even when packed with apricots. pastry stays crisp though. marzipan bubbled up and overflowed a bit, despite the grating and even distribution.

  • Apple and oat muffins

    • embk27 on July 30, 2018

Next time I’d mix the chopped apple through the muffin mix rather than press in the top. When adding the crumble top - really press in as comes off the top easily after baking.

  • Paul's olive breadsticks

    • BasicStock on July 15, 2017

I saw Paul making these on a Great British Bake Off masterclass and have made them several times. The dough is very loose but easy to handle if you follow the method of proofing the dough in a rectangular container, turn it out onto a floured surface and separate each breadstick in a free form way depending where the olives are. Great to serve with cocktails or for a picnic spread.

  • Baked chocolate doughnuts

    • KitKatCat on October 03, 2019

Makes more then 6, unless you over fill the tray
