      I over salted a tad. Still good but could use a little something fresh to brighten it.

      I ended up finishing in the broiler to crisp it up. Topped with chili oil.

      Has a lot of flavour for so few ingredients. It was a bit tricky to get the rice evenly cooked though - the grains at the bottom were overcooked and a bit gloopy while the ones at the top were only just cooked.
