    A printing mishap has resulted in pages 27 to 30 and 185 to 186 (incl.) missing from my hardback copy (ISBN 9781408846483) (i.e. recipes for Priddy oggies, Baked Somerset Brie, Oldbury gooseberry pies and Leek and Caerphilly tart).

      Lovely cake, very apple-y. I was a little alarmed at first as there was so much apple and not a lot of cake mix but it all turned out very well. Not too sweet. Took 1 hour to brown to a golden crust at 160 fan. I used 50g of Truvia baking sugar instead of 100g caster sugar. Would make this again.
