      Don't be shy to go hot when cooking the cauliflower in this dish! The cauliflower looks great and tastes better with a bit of color and the onions end up caramelized and a little crisp. Hot mustard oil is optional but really worth the trouble to find.

      I didn't finish up the recipe. Unfortunately, as directed, filled up the cupcake liners fully, which resulted in mini volcanoes erupting, oozing brownie lava over the top of the pan, followed by a collapse of the "craters"...so discouraged & haven't tried it again. I read online reviews which liked the recipe. All I know is now is that no matter what the recipe says, do not fill the cupcake liner up with more than the usual 3/4 full.

      Love this cookie & bake it often, although I make them smaller & double the amount of chocolate. Recipe easily doubles.

      This is a good, tasteful onion soup. I also added Worcestershire. This will be my go to from now on.
