  • Garlicky tahini dressing

    • sayeater on May 23, 2023

A tasty dressing for crunchy salads or steamed veggies. My more savory palate would have been happy with 1/2 the amount of maple syrup, but it will appeal to a lot of people as is.

  • Kale butter 2.0 with sweet potato

    • sayeater on March 17, 2024

The sweet potato adds a nice element to this. I will be using on tartines this week and also as a dip.

  • Kale pesto

    • sayeater on March 17, 2024

Perfect pesto for me! Not a fan of oily or basil dominant pestos. This had great flavor without all that. Lemon zest adds a nice pop.
