Cover recipe - Marbled Cream Cheese Brownies. Really fudgy and moist. In place of a mix of semisweet and unsweetened, I used Guittard 74% Organic Dark Chocolate. Brownies were done 10 minutes early, I used a dark pan and reduced baking temp to 325. Chilled completely, the texture was perfect.
