      Needs more water. I'd use 2 cups next time, maybe more.

      Not what I think of when you say 'Arroz con Pollo.' Needs at least 1 teaspoon salt, I doubled the chili powder - it could use more. Felt like it took a long time to do all the sautee work in shifts. Good, easy, solid supper. Next time add peas.
